Crystal structure of the cytoskeleton-associated protein (CAP-Gly) domainon
The information content of the CAP-Gly domain, based on the alignment
of 58 homologous protein sequences. C.elegans and human are listed.
Deeper blue implies more information content at a given residue position,
hence more conservation and likely a more critical structural/functional role. A ribbon and surface are shown color-coded per residue by the same scheme.
